What has been your biggest challenge and how did you deal with it?

The unknown is the biggest challenge in my career. As an engineer, we need to solve the problems with a lot of unknown. Collaboration, study and information searching will help solve those problems.

What is your earliest memory of being intrigued by STEM?

When I was around 8 years old, my mom brought a set of encyclopedias. From then until now, I can't stop learning about STEM.

What do you believe is the best part about working in STEM?

Everyday there is something new waiting for me. There will be a lot of challenges to come, but when you overcome those challenges, the achievement is huge.
