When did your love of STEM begin?
I always loved math in class and would get my Dad to come up with math questions any spare time that we had. If I were to guess I'd say since I was 7 years old.
What is the best part about working in the field of STEM?
Things are constantly advancing and there are always new things to discover and learn about! It's a chance to get messy, be curious, and take risks!
What advice would you give young women interested in a career in STEM?
I'm so excited for you! Reach out to other women in STEM and stay connected as long as you can. Don't be afraid to be unique and take chances. The world needs you so never give up on your dreams.
